To put this in context, the loss of heat through a building material is measured using a U-value. The lower the U-value, the better the material’s insulating performance and the greater its effectiveness in preventing heat transfer from inside to outside the building.

Windows from the Kömmerling 70 Window range easily achieve a U-value of just 1.2 W/(m²K). This impressive performance also complies with recent Building Regulations for new and replacement windows and doors, which were introduced in 2022.

Windows from our Kömmerling 70 range also feature multipoint locks incorporating shoot bolts along with push-button key-locking mechanisms on the handles. These additional measures provide a further layer of protection against possible thieves and other unwanted guests.

Kömmerling 70 is extruded and produced in a world-class manufacturing facility in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.

There are a wide range of colours and finishes inside an out, including 11 standard finishes out of a range of over 65.

The PVCu profiles that we manufactured to the highest standards carry a 10-year warranty. Further warranty information from our manufacturing partners that includes glass and hardware will be given by your local installation partner.

All of our profiles harness recycled materials in the core thanks to our UK recycling programme. We’ve also moved to a 100% sustainable energy provider and are committed to an investment to place a large solar PV network on our buildings.

C70 is based on our class leading product platform with a clean modern chamfered edged finish. Using similar design parameters O70 offer a subtle ovolo / decorative edge for a more traditional appearance.
